Policies

  • Bar Service Must be confirmed 10 days prior to the event. We will need to know what will be served, when, and a final number before the bar is booked. Price must be agreed upon and confirmed.
  • Caterings are delivered 30 minutes prior to the event start time.
  • There will be an 15% service charge for caterings that are delivered.
  • One person will be designated as the only person able to make changes to an order.
  • Any order confirmed less than one week from the event date could likely result in your request being declined. If an exception can be made for an event ordered less than one week from the event it will have a 20% late fee. Anything changes or confirmations made less than 4 days in advance will incur a 40% late fee. This is because the kitchen must source your products and schedule coverage. Less than one week’s notice could result in inability to get ingredients delivered for what has been ordered and overtime incurred due to last minute staff schedule additions.
  • Cancelations made more than one week before the event date will have no fee incurred. Any cancellations made withing one week will be charged the 50% cost of the event, any event cancelled 4 days’ prior will be charged 75% of the event, less than 4 days’ notice and the event will be charged the full amount.
  • Catering tables and any requested bars come with standard 52”X114” Black cloths. Any additional linen will need to be ordered. Linen needs to be ordered the week before your event. Linen orders are placed on Mondays and delivered on Thursdays.
